Yasin Mirzaei was a graduate of the University of Messina in Italy and was preparing to move to England to pursue a PhD. He was killed by government forces on the evening of January 8, 2026, in the central square of Kermanshah.

یاسین میرزایی دانش‌آموخته مقطع کارشناسی ارشد از دانشگاه مسینا ایتالیا بود که قصد داشت برای ادامه تحصیل در مقطع دکترا به انگلستان مهاجرت کند. او در شامگاه ۱۸ دی ۱۴۰۴ در میدان مرکزی کرمانشاه به دست نیروهای حکومتی کشته شد.
